Important information before your first appointment:

• There is a $140 Consultation Fee.
• Your first appointment can take up to 2 hours in length.
• Please provide a Recent Prescription from your Optometrist or a Referral from your Ophthalmologist. You can have your prescription faxed (604-936-2016) or email (clalens@shaw.ca) to us. You can also bring a paper copy to your appointment.
• We require our patients to have seen an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist within one year before scheduling an appointment with us. This is to ensure the health of your eyes and support us in fitting your lenses.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an estimate to the cost of your lenses prior to your first appointment.
